Electrolysis and Skincare by Shalu provides professional electrolysis hair removal services. All services are performed by trained electrologists. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

- Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person.

- We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the service cost.

- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. 

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, paytm, google pay, phone pay, credit cards, and personal checks. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with any service received, please contact us within one week of your service to discuss your concerns.
